All tours start and end in the parking lot of the Greenwood Culture Center. We meet outside in front of the Granite Memorial Wall at 322 N Greenwood Ave. Tulsa, OK 74120.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate guests with limited mobility. Please use the special requests and comments section on the booking form and a guide will reach out with additional information. We do not provide equipment for those with special needs.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TOUR?

For small groups, it is preferred that you pay when you arrive via debit card, credit card, or cash.

Large groups will be sent an invoice and digital payment link. A deposit may be required if your booking is out 3 weeks or more. You may pay by check, credit card, debit card.

WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR BAD WEATHER?

Safety is a top priority. If there is lightning in the area, tours will be postponed immediately. Mild rain or wind may not result in the cancellation of a tour. Please come prepared with adequate footwear and clothing for walking outside for 1-2 hours.

No tours will be conducted if the temperature is below 40 degrees during winter months.

CANCELATION POLICY

The Real Black Wall Street Tour — 30-Day Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective immediately

We’re a small, family-owned business. When a date is held for your group, it prevents others from booking that time. To balance fairness with flexibility, we follow the policy below.

1) Standard Bookings (paid in full)

If you prepay 100% of your tour and cancel within 30 calendar days of your scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of the tour price.

2) Group/Invoice Bookings (20 or more guests)

Bookings that require an invoice for 15+ persons must include a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date.
If a 15+ group later cancels, the $250 deposit is forfeited.
If the group also prepaid the full balance, a cancellation within 30 days of the tour date is eligible for a 50% refund of the prepaid tour price (the $250 deposit remains non-refundable).

3) How to cancel or reschedule

- Name on the booking
- Tour date/time
- Headcount (if a group)
- Phone number
We’ll confirm receipt and next steps. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Must be rescheduled within a year of your orgianl booking.

These terms reflect the financial impact on our small family-owned business and the lost opportunity for others to book those dates once we’ve reserved guides and vehicles for you.
